The service in the cafe is appauling

We are very new to the area having moved here a month ago. Abbey was the first garden centre I visited in the area. Having being a carer I could not walk away from the raffle without buying some tickets. I am not known for being lucky so I was surprised and delighted to have won the Rose trellis. We have been back to Abbey a couple of times since and will be back again as is a lovely garden centre with very helpful staff. Carolyn Dew

Trying to look for prices of gravel on your website, we normally come down but are unable to at present. Want to use somewhere local but can't compare prices / delivery, etc.
Would be good if you website was more informative with prices /online ordering ? I appreciate that this involves a fair amount of updating your website but something to think about moving forward.
Onsite facilities / advice / help - excellent.
