Very big garden centre but is moving too much from plants to expensive other items. Go back to more plants and less other stuff please

Here is a perfect example of what happens when a garden centre decides to dip its toe into other areas . It becomes less of a garden centre and more of a tacky gift shop ( if a rather large one ) it is all rather bitty, selling bits of things such as DVDs, clothes , candles , cards and the typical garden centre cafe. It wants to try selling everything when the main area they should be concerned with is ...... Plants ( garden centre seems to not mean this anymore, perhaps nurseries need to be around more ) which has a fairly small area compared with the rest of the site .
Plants are much overpriced compared with most other places.
On the very few occasions that we have visited nothing has been purchased as the pricing is absurd for such items .
I would recommend you avoid if looking for plants and try something smaller .

brilliant place to do christmas shopping also wonderful offers if you join the webbs club staff very helpful would recommend
