I do like going to this Garden Centre but i agree with the previous comment, the service needs to be sorted out.
The way the layout is in the Restaurant, you can't get served very quickly if all you want is a cup of tea and a bit of cake.
The till area in the shop is also a bit manic when it is busy.
But other than that, i love what they sell in there- plants and all, such choice, pricey? Yes.but you get what you pay for.

Another Garden Centre with a big restaurant, but its plants I go there for, always got best selection, not always cheapeast but quality rarely beaten.

Although the garden centre is excellent our day was ruined by the appallingly rude manner of the manageress of the restaurant. (owned by the centre)
When we complained about the quality of the tea it resulted in a full scale argument.
We had just spent £200 in the store yet she drove us away. It was one of the rudest places I have visited.
The main store manager apologised and was very apologetic but nonetheless the restaurant manageress's attitude was unacceptable.
