My husband and I visited your tre e top restaurant on Tuesday 12th of April we had a cake and a coffee. While we were there one of the staff were filling the cake stands to our horror she was opening the bags they came in with her mouth not once but several times I would like to think she had been to a hygiene course I have been to quite a lot of restaurants but have never experienced this before Very dissatisfied

Theatre cafe: We found it awkward to use - system not easy to understand - understaffed for weird ordering system - the poor girl was overwhelmed and didn't seem to have a great knowledge of food/services avaialble. Choice of bread for paninis - nil - and in my view overprices for a what is essentially a toated sandwich! Salads not labelled and the beetroot version had pecan nuts in! Nut allergy!!!!
Microwaved pastry of sausage roll spoiled by the process. Felt all food overpriced for the quality of the food delivered.
This was my second visit to the cafe but I doubt there will be a third - sorry - it all looks lovely but reality is disappointing.

Great place to go to for Christmas shopping, wide selection of gifts.
