I am a Diamond Club member and often visit the Garden Centre as I am local. Two/three weeks into Covid lockdown I decided to order some patio/container plants online. The courier dropped them off at my door and withdrew safely. I knew it would be a case of pot luck as to what plants would be selected; there was a good mixture of suitable container plants and a good colour mix. One or two were quite pot bound and needed reviving but I planted them up into five pots and one hanging basket straight away into good compost with feed and lots of water. They are putting on a wonderful display and in spite of these very difficult times, I am very pleased with the result. I look forward to returning to the Centre when, hopefully, things are more normal!

Initial order over the phone was very efficient and helpful.. My order was over £100 and left at the top of my drive, not brought to my front door as promised. It could have been stolen as I live on a busy road. Some plants were in a very poor state and looked half dead. Some of the order was wrong and I was left with plants I do not want. I tried all afternoon to contact the garden centre online as well as by phone and the contact on my mobile phone for complaints did not work. Still awaiting a response by emails. Altogether a bad and very expensive experience. Do not be tempted to buy one of their bargain bundles, they are getting rid of bad produce.

Had a lovely Sunday roast yesterday together with daughter and son in law.
Walk around the whole place and back for tea and cake at 3pm. Everything wonderful EXCEPT for the fact that it was SO uncomfortable. I asked that a note be handed to the Manager for window blinds to be considered. I know it was such a beautiful day after all the rain and flooding, I live in Stafford.
