My wife and I have always used the centre since it opened years ago.My wife suffers from Asthma, and has to cover her mouth and take a deep breath when we pass through the first section of the store. You may not have noticed the number of people who wait for the exit door to be opened in order to avoid this dilemma. There used to be a way of avoiding the strong scents, but not now.Health and Safety should ensure a safe entry as well as exit.Changes can be made quite easily.

Lovely day out. Lots of home decoration, clothes, toiletries, ornaments, toys in addition to garden furniture and garden equipment. Lovely choice of plants and containers.
Cafe and restaurant for a nice lunch!

We have been members of Trentham Gardens for many years, enjoying both the walking around the lake and looking around the garden centre. We have also had Blue Diamond membership since you took the garden centre over.
I regret to say that your alteration of the floor plan in the garden centre building is a complete failure for anyone just wanting to visit the garden centre outside area.
Why or Why, have you closed off the direct route through the building to the outside gardening area and now make us walk all through the areas of shopping that have nothing to do with gardening.. If we are not interested in scented candles, house hold goods, clothes etc we should be able to walk directly to the area we want ie gardening!
I now see other visitors completely lost and complaining about this silly alteration you have done. I dare say its in the hope that we will buy other goods on route. When in fact its just extremely annoying and will stop folk off from returning.
