The business is now run by Gareth Fryer, grandson of the founder and is one of the largest producers in the country. As in 1912, it is still Fryer's aim to provide what they consider to be the best varieties of roses for garden display and all round reliability.

A wide range of garden products over fairly large indoor and outdoor spaces.
The restaurant has a pleasant setting, but service is slow.

The plants were very good, but, the food is a let down, Goats cheese and the likes. We do not like the food on offer. Where are the meals to cater for all needs. A proper English meal would be nice. When we came in the only thing to eat for us was an all day breakfast. Most customers ordered this, please put on proper meals. The more senior people would much prefer this.

Hi I have been a customer at fryers garden centre for many years , the staff are very courteous helpful & friendly, the restaurant is lovely food delicious & a good selection of deserts & luxury hot chocolate drink which my daughter loves, we often go back for after a look around the store, Christmas is our most favourite there displays & wonderful always come home with car full of goodies, I have recommended to friends & family never disappointed Love it love it love it love it?????? Happy Shopping
