It acts as a destination center and offers a wide range of quality products all year round. The center has an extensive furniture collection, one of the most extensive plant departments found in any garden centre, and a wide range of home and garden products, including many well-known brands.

The food department specializes in locally sourced produce, with fresh, seasonal produce arriving every month. The center is always looking for unique and special items for customers to take home and enjoy.

A significant proportion of the available plants, trees and shrubs are grown in Britain. The center is so confident in the quality that they provide a five-year warranty on all hardy plants and trees. Customers just need to keep their receipt and the center will keep its promise.

Up until 12 months ago this was a fantastic centre - excellent products, excellent service and excellent staff. My how things have changed. Since the takeover by Blue Diamond the quality of the plants has gone down hill, there is a lack of qualified horticulturalists and the service and attitude of the staff is terrible. Today I witnessed 3 members of staff looking at what must have been new stock, I over heard "we don't half sell some rubbish now" "look at this, isn't it awful" "how cheap and tacky is this" - whilst this was truly unprofessional if I'm being honest I'd have to agree with them! This weekend the centre looked like a building site - I'm surprised staff weren't issuing hard hats upon arrival - there were screws an nails sticking out of fixtures, workmen everywhere and just generally everywhere was a mess. Ikea style walls have appeared to make the centre 'one way' - ridiculous! I have been a regular visitor for many years, maybe it's time to shop elsewhere. 1/10

An excellent selection of plants all guaranteed with the most helpful sceetaff that could be wished for from the cafe[superb scones,lousy tea]staff to the people who look after the plants.Like all business ventures a profit must be forthcoming,but I feel that the plants and other things are just a bit on the expensive side and others are daylight robbery.I am sure if they were cheaper more would be sold hence status quo.But to round off cracking plants,cracking staff but to dear,after all I go to buy plants not a fleece or perfume.
