I recieved a chinese elm bonsai bought as a gift. It was well packaged and arrived with everything in tact and my binsai was very healthy. Each time I have called for advice, Richard has been amazingly helpful, he has gone above and beyond, giving proffessional & friendly advice. They are a busy family owned company and I understand it is not aways possible to respond straight away to calls & queries. I do get a response if not straight away, at the earliest possible time. I have had invaluable advice on how to best care for my bonsai.
