Inverurie Garden & Machinery Centre

Having hired garden equipment and bought equipment from them I can say that the customer service, or lack of, is extraordinarily poor. They are unhelpful, rude and can't even be bothered to greet customers or even say thank you, and they don't want customers disturbing them during their lunch break, despite only having two members of staff in the machinery department. I am sure other areas of the shop may be better, such as the cafe, but the machinery department is staffed by extremely unhelpful people. Their attitude was so striking that you had to wonder if they only help a selsct few ie friends and longstanding customers and reserve this behaviour for non-locals and possibly females. Really was the worst retail experience I have ever had.
