We purchased a garden shed from ACW on 15 april 2017, it was not delivered until 23rd april we waited until 23rd may before it was delivered and it was just dumped in our garden and not erected. Now we are still waiting for it to be erected on the 30th may. It is an open invite for thieves, anyone could come in and take it away. We have not been told when they will erect it. We cannot get a result when we try to contact the contractors. The whole thing as been a nightmare and I advise everyone not to buy anything from this garden centre that needs to be delivered or erected, the service is disgusting.

Christmas decorations were first rate. We then decided to stop in at the café where we were told we could not have spoons with our coffee as they were all dirty. We bought cake and after ten minutes of it still not arriving and the rather large part after us were being served the cake we had just ordered so were then told that the cake we bought had all gone... Staff were a mixed lot, some helpful and friendly and some who were downright rude

Absolutely beautiful place at christmas. All the displays are eye catching and there's lots of themes to choose from. I always come here at christmas for decorations, reasonable price and beautiful. We are trying out the cafe tomorrow so fingers crossed it doesn't ruin my experience. I will say some of the staff seem lovely but others look at you like they are having a really bad day so i don't always feel i can approach them but as for my favourite time of year it is definitely a place i visit at least once a year
