i came to your store on sunday 5th may and was subjected to the most humiliating experience of my life. on leaving your store with my husband after PAYING for my products the alarm went off we were immediatly ordered back inside and the young cashier who we had just payed demanded to see our recipt we showed it to him and then tried to leave again and again the alarm went off the cashier called for a manager my husband walked out and it was fine however i walked out and the alarm went off again she then produced a scanner and proceeded to scan over my person all in front of other customers she found nothing so she took my bag and it appeared that was what was setting the alarm off so i searched through it and found a small tag i had from a pouch of tobacco i have no problem with your staff doing their job as i suspect shop lifting can be an issue for you my issue is the way it was carried out not once with any sensitivity i was humiliated therfore i will never return to you
