We always enjoy a trip out to Bents Garden Centre - today was no exception. The standard of help is always impressive. Thankyou to ? - the man who was actually painting trellis I think - who loaded bark on our trolley for us and took the trolley to checkout for us to collect later, the Manager for sorting my free scone out, much appreciated and again ? the man who loaded our trolley off into our car, all in the rain.

The actual place is very nice, good variety of areas to shop in.
But the staff I have to say are quite miserable and a bit on the 'I'm too good to smile at you'.
I didn't find one staff member who was nice and polite, the cashiers were also miserable.
I don't go often because of this superiority culture.

Bought a bird feeder should of been £42.00 got a real bargain only payed £20.00 for it .the birds love it and so do I cheaper than other garden centres
