Bought a artificial Christmas tree 1st of December 2017, after looking at bents for some years now , had to replace our 20 year old real life looking tree I did not want to part with!!! The lovely girls here have great patience, I could not decide at first but we chose a weeping spruce, 7_ 1/2 we put the tree up and found it to be too wide at the bottom for our room, we phoned bents who advised us to bring it back!! Being so upset we reluctantly returned it , and yes we saw the same lovely girl who helped us to choose another beautiful prelight real life looking atlas spruce! 7ft , being unsure we were advised to put it up dress it for Christmas and if we did not like it we could return it after Christmas we were so pleased with it , everyone loved it and thought it was real,thank you bents your not getting this one back☺☺☺☺☺xxxx
