Use this garden centre regularly, they have good customer service and very helpful with any ideas etc.

Told on the 27/4/20 to submit E-mail for delivery. Called down today 9/05/20 told by manager he has 150 E-mails a day, working till 9 o;clock made me feel a valued customer indeed.Will not be returning but I would not think he care's.

During this time of Covid-19 lockdown I appreciate things are difficult. I am annoyed Blackwood Garden Centre still has a website that requires fast updating to show the current position. Also I've wasted no end of time trying to get through to the centre on the telephone to enquire if home delivery was an option - at least a 'recorded message' stating the centre is closed should be within the capabilities of the owners, who I'm sure will be falling over backwards to attract customers when Covid-19 is over. I know one customer who won't be attracted -- not impressed at all.
