Placed an order on 14 January 2020 but to date no product despite my bank account being debited on the14th.Cannot be contacted on the phone even when they say they are open so having to revert to the bank to get my money back.Shame really because I was abouit to order plants but now have no confidence in them so will go elsewhere.

I ordered a bamboo, and am very pleased with the quality of the one delivered; good value for money. But be aware that Bowdens may suspend deliveries for 2-3 months in mid-winter: my delivery took three months longer than expected!
