They sell unhealthy plants, which end up dying. They don't take any responsibility, just excuses. Wish i read these comments before purchasing as seems quite a few others have had problems with there purchases.

I ordered two bay trees from Charella Gardens last Saturday. This was my first order with them so did not know what to expect. The trees arrived yesterday (Wednesday). I am so pleased with them. They are of excellent quality and arrived on time and well packaged. Also, they were a far reasonable price than at any of my local garden centres. I will certainly be placing further orders with this company.

I ordered a plant for a client which was supposed to be delivered a few days later, for some reason the item never made it out and was returned to courier depot. No further information was given.
I asked for some level of compensation as missed client deadline and I received extremely rude email back from Julie telling me "it's not all about the money............".
no its about customer service and theirs was completely absent.
Appalling! as a professional gardener I will never use them again.
