Visited garden centre today for the first time. Had lunch in restaurant and the service provided by a staff member in particular Pamela was outstanding! Friendly, welcoming, helpful…….. would definitely encourage us to return to it.

I was a bit disappointed on my visit to Colemans, it was great looking at plants undercover, and a great range of plants, on my return to home I and my friend checked our purchases and discovered we had been charged for plants separately instead of the offer for three plants for £12, we felt were rushed through the til, not helpful for us oldies.

I have always enjoyed my days wonderin a round in the centre even more now l'm retired (pooh scooper) stock level good, tea room v good, plants first rate car park fair, the site is75% undercover great stuff but what a range of goods in the on site shops. Why NOT go down and give it a try evan the car park could be a bit dirty....BUT now the the whole site has been given a make over and there's a lot more to see and yes buy! P.S even the road in/out has been up graded. Oh yes, went to buy some plant once and a member of staff on knowing that we lived in a part of Newtownabbey ( windy city ) told us not to get item A but try these they get on better with the wind. And she was correct. Good advice great staff. GIVE IT A TRY, l don't think u will be disappointed. GEOFF.
