Found Cowells online looking for certain nandinas, rang Sunday afternoon, without doubt the most helpful and knowledgeable person of all the other places I had called before. I didn’t call any others after them as ordered with them after the call and arrived Tuesday. Was very sceptical about ordering online and the quality/packaging etc but absolutely no need to have those concerns. They use DPD (who are always great), fair delivery cost and very well packaged by “Cassie” in brown recyclable paper, plants in good condition - a very positive experience, will definitely look to purchase from them again!
