I have purchased over 1200lbs worth of plants here for a garden we are working on for a client. I had to deliver them today and I went to buy the plants and they promised me the delivery for today, Maria the manager, disrespecting me, called me to tell me that I will receive it in 1 week,,,, 7 more days,!!!! I have paid the salaries of 2 gardeners and the owner of the project is very angry saying that he will not pay. This situation has been created by Maria canceling the delivery at her whim and not resolving it efficiently. I do not recommend buying in this place and waiting for a delivery. They do not comply and if you are a professional you will have delivery problems, since they do what they want without respecting an agreement and contract.

This garden centre has an extensive variety of outdoor plants and shrubs, though limited on indoor plants. Most are in good condition, well maintained, watered etc. Their prices are good for some plants and not so good for others but overall do come out cheaper than other Nurseries. They are well stocked with Accessories and the fresh Fruit and Vegetable Shop is a great asset and reasonably priced. Their Customer service however is not so good and staff are not as willingly helpful or friendly as those of other Nurseries I have visited and their knowledge of the Plants is also lacking with most of the staff. I have only come across one gentleman there who has been helpful but they do lack an eagerness to want to help and you find you are 'disturbing them' when you ask questions as yes they seem to want to chat with one another. The staff could be more friendly and approachable but are difficult to get hold of on this big site as majority of them are at the entrance lobby by the tills which means you have to walk all the way back there to have any hope of assistance and plant guidance. Also be sure when you get plants delivered that you actually get the plants YOU picked out and selected as on a couple of occasions they did not deliver the actual plants I chose [which I had marked on the lables]. As the site is so big, it would help if they put up signs to direct you to the relevant plants you are seeking as you can get overwhelmed and a little confused when you first visit. But overall, it is a good place to visit and buy from especially if you are a keen gardener and they have a small but nice little coffee shop there for refreshments and the bonus of the fresh produce. I would still recommend it .
