Visited today choose 2 trees £100 asked for delivery , told no, they only deliver if I was vulnerable , very disappointed, they would rather turn custom away than put themselves out , hope they survive any closures or job losses

Excellent customer service. We went to buy a base for a garden parasol. Sold out but we discovered one tucked away in a corner as part of a display. Manager was more than happy to move furniture and products to get it out for us, then reduced the price as it was "old stock". Nothing too much trouble even though it was a very hot day. No pressure to buy it, despite the considerable time and trouble he'd gone to. Really impressive " can do" attitude. Plants always very healthy and a nice cafe with a good range of lunchtime snacks. Our garden centre of choice and great that it's so easily accessible on the road between Bristol and Bath.

Haven't been to the garden centre for a long time. However recently took my mum there to have a potter and a cup of tea. We were both very impressed with the huge stock of plants on offer all looking very healthy and so tempting to buy. A good range of pots and other garden accessories as well. Staff were friendly and approachable, and will advise on gardening matters if you ask (So refreshing when these days there seems no one has time or is even available). Will be going back for all my garden needs from now on. Plus points... extremely good cafe selling range of made on the premises goodies, gorgeous tifin!!!

This is a brilliant garden centre,with pretty well everything you might need. Great, friendly, helpful staff, plenty of parking space and a brilliant cafe, also run by brilliant staff! Go and try it!
