Having purchased £45 worth of gift vouchers and then redeeming them, both my wife and I were disappointed at not receiving loyalty stamps for purchasing over the required amount. We were told that this was as a stamp was not given on Sale items. The person who we were told was the Manager told us that this was common practice in supermarkets too. This is clearly not the case as anyone who has Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrison’s loyalty cards will tell you.
What a pity to loose loyal customers such as ourselves for such a trivial matter of a stamp (Actually valued at £1.50)
I say to lose us as, once the full amount of our gift vouchers are spend either here or at another garden centre and we have a full compliment of stamps, we will not be using this centre again.
In any event may we just thank Adam for his continued and valued advice over the years during our attendance at your centre.
