Gateacre Garden Centre has been a favourite place of mine to shop for over 30 years. There is a reasonable amount of parking on the premises with willing staff to take purchases to customers cars. There is always an extensive variety of all garden plants, and bushes etc., and all garden needs, ornaments, bird food and feeders and other 'homes' to encourage different garden visitors. The gift shop is well stocked with a great selection of goods and I never fail to find the right gift. Sometimes I go in just because I love the atmosphere as I walk through the doors, and invariably with find something to buy . The staff are relaxed, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Christmas is a favourite time of mine to vist the centre with everything laid out in an attractive way. It's well worth a visit.
