We called at the restaurant at about 12.30 on Friday 12 the June. I had just commented to my wife on how polite on how polite and cheerful the staff were and as we stood up to leave a young lady named Julie spotted that my wifes shoelace was undone(we are both 78) Julie immediately and without hesitation dropped to her knees, tightened the lace and checked the other one. We were amazed. Julie is a credit to your business and to herself.
