We try to create inspiration within the centre. Kirkintilloch, like all our centres is not massive in size, but huge on quality. Every plant within the centre has been hand picked from specialist nurseries around the world and from many local nurseries too.

Very helpful staff, who will find another staff member to answer your questions if they can't. Wide range of plants and products, with a wide selection of gifts as well as gardening essentials. A very good restaurant, where the high teas and specials particularly impress. My grandson loves the cold cuts plate from the children's menu, where more than the usual junk food is available. Started taking my wheelchair bound mother 12yrs ago, and the care they took to make sure she was looked after has us still returning 3 yrs after she has passed. You can even call ahead to reserve tables if you know you will be going at a busy time. Large portions in main meals, so if you want to have some of the delicious home baking, don't get a starter or you'll need a doggy bag. My husband willingly goes here whenever it's suggested . More than somewhere just to buy plants.

This is an excellent garden centres with very friendly and helpful staff. It is well laid out and contains a pleasent coffee shop with delicious home-baking.
