Nags Hall

I used to be a regular customer to your Ivy Mill aquatics department and had fantastic service from the staff there and was sorry when the store closed. I have only recently realised that you built a new aquatics department at your Nags Hall store. Might I suggest you advertise your aquatics department more because there must be others like myself that don’t realise the original aquatics staff from your Ivy Mill store are now at your Nags Hall store. They were and still are extremely helpful with all fish keeping problems and I personally am very pleased to have found the lads once one. Please pass my compliments on to all staff in the aquatics department.

Had a lovely sunday lunch here. Roast beef delicious and vegetables cooked beautifully and had a lovely flavour. BUT the background music was awful. The meal was spoilt because of it. I could not make out anything other than some lyrics with drumming being repeated over and over again. I did ask for it to be turned down but we were still very aware of it. Do hope that something will be done about this as it spoilt a lovely meal.
