My brother and I ordered two coffees and a snack each. Got the coffee immediately.Almost an hour later, the food had not arrived. When enquiring found our order had been forgotten. Promptly asked for refund.Although got apology and the coffees complimentary,felt we had been poorly treated. Our visit was ruined. I feel being polite and patient these days seems to go badly wrong.Needless to say will go elsewhere. Plenty of other better choices.

Ordered small snacks for two people.After waiting for an hour was informed that the order was forgotten. Needless to say was not impressed.Asked for a refund and promptly went elsewhere. Being patient and polite seems to get you nowhere these days.

I live near to Laylocks so I always buy all my garden needs from them. They have a good selection of cards and books also lots for birds, feeders, food, garden furniture and excellent cakes and lots more. We're more than satisfied with all the plants, trees and shrubs we have purchased over the years and have bought two lots of garden furniture which compared well with some of the DIY stores.
The staff are polite always ready to chat and give advice, even if I didn't live near I would go there it's a small family business which is well run, I'm more than happy with.
