My Harbour seat was delivered on Tuesday by two young lads from the garden centre. Although the lads really had to struggle to get it into my back yard they were so willing , after a struggle lifting it over a fence they managed this really heavy item placing it safely onto my patio. I thought what a credit these two willing lads were . Thank you. Oh yes and my new seat is amazing.

This is a smaller garden centre, and the range of plants is smaller than your finding a big centre. The staff are helpful and everything is well organised. They have just reopened after the Covid lockdown, and everything is up to scratch, well organised, and professional.
The coffee shop is not open obviously. In the past I have always found it to be clean and the food to be good. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful there.

My score is for the staff and products in the centre, staff very friendly and helpful, however, this is not reflected on the coffee shop. The lady on the counter needs training in customer service, made to feel we were putting her out having to serve us and we heard her saying sarcastic comments about us in the kitchen. Needless to say she will never be serving us again as we will not be going back in. Such a shame as we generally like to have a coffee and snack once we finish shopping. 30.03.19
