As a regular to the cafe I was surprised by the reaction from Sarah, the manager, when I politely told her that I had been given the wrong drink. A drink I've never ordered and has no similarity in name with the drink I received. The fact I got the wrong drink is not my complaint. It happens, it's no big deal and I was given the right drink in the end. My issue is how I was questioned and told outright that I had ordered the drink and it was my mistake. She was rude and confrontational and I'll never set foot in there again. Big big shame.

Went for coffee and cake on Saturday and the service was appalling. My order was taking ages to come and when I went up to enquire found that my order had not been passed on and would have to wait further for the food and drink to be completed. When I asked why I was told Ive had better days the computers are all not working asked for a refund and got out of there. This is the second poor service the last time was a breakfast where items were missing and once again the order had been misplaced. I like the shop but will not use the cafe again Its a shame

I have been shopping at Marlow's Garden Centre for many many years. Love all their various departments - but this year I feel that their Christmas displays have been quite breathtaking. I am sure that having these displays throughout the store - instead of being confined to an 'special area' have enhanced the delight they have brought to all who have enjoyed them, They made me want to stop have have a closer look - there was so much to see and enjoy before actually making a purchase. This also goes for their kitchen ware- their clothes - well in fact everything - well done Marlpw's. Your Staff are an excellent no matter what you ask - they are well versed in their 'special product area' always -polite - helpful and caring. Your 'Kitchen' well the food is well presented and the service is excellent again the staff have good memories for they always seem to remember our special requirements the ambience relaxing and enjoyable. We shall once again be making our regular visit tomorrow.
