Visited Garden Centre today to pick up Bulbs on offer ,as i received an offer two days ago.
ALL the staff in the centre were very friendly ,said hello and smiled which was Fabulous.
couldent find Bulbs ,so asked only to be told they had sold out already ! Very disappointing .
Went to café for coffee, not my first port of call ,as in the past the Tables were always sticky and the coffee was never very strong .
The Soft Brown chairs were incredibly uncomfortable ,at least one had either coffee or milk spilt down the back of it ,not yet cleaned . The Tables were as BAD if not worse than I remembered sticky so IF you touched it, it felt revolting and NOT clean.
Another disappointing vist to Millbrook Café.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologise our service fell short of our expectations.
We will be getting some more bulbs in for the offer. Unfortunately our supplier has run out due to huge demands. We will do a face book post the moment they are back in.
In regards to the cafe I have passed your feedback on to the catering Manager who will be looking in to the tables being so sticky. We have recently revarnished them.
I hope you are able to bare with us whilst we try and improve this.

The atmosphere is open and friendly, you don't need too look for assistance it is always available! Particularly welcoming to children in the garden cafe! Overall a pleasure to visit, so much so that I go weekly!
