Millbrook Garden Centre

Your Garden Centre is excellent, lots of variety in your plants and goods and competetive prices. I noticed that the toilets were closed at 4.15 for cleaning. At 4.30 I asked when this facility would re-open as I was getting rather desperate, the very young gentleman in the cafe said they were closed now for the rest of the day, the young man with a beard said the floors were wet. the very young man asked someone in the kitchen if I could use the facilities and he came back a bit embarrassed (it appeared) to say for health and safety reason I couldn't use the toilets. I do understand all that but, why close this facility if you are open till 5.30, could they not be cleaned later say at 5.15. I did speak to a lady on the till on my way out, who asked if I would like to see the Manager, as I was a bit upset I politely declined. I would appreciate your comments as I had a very uncomfortable ride home to Polegate. Eileen Coleman
