I visited last week to get some advice on flowering winter plants. I spoke to Colin who showed me a range of suitable plants for this time of year. It was a gift of remembrance for my friend who was widowed at this time last year. I chose a plant, a planter pot and Colin very kindly potted it for me as it was a gift. No extra charge. What a service, he even carried it to my car. A big thank you Colin.

Cannot praise the staff at the garden centre enough- helpful, obliging and courteous. Bryan on the checkout this week deserves special mention August 4th. He helped me when I had a problem with a purchase. Plants bought at the beginning of the season have been an a joy. Thank you.

It's a 'bigged up' nursery' at Halifax. Too little parking, grotty looking Willow Tree cafe and the Garden Centre inside is chaotic.. The majority of plants are on the floor outside so I won''t return and break my back looking again.
