Ordered plants beginning of April, told delivery would be week commencing 11th May, then told it would be week commencing 18th May. Made enquiry about delivery today, 21st May - and was very rudely and angrily told by a man, that he didn’t know when delivery would be, and was I not aware what was going on (presumably he meant pandemic).
As a customer, having spent over £170 on plants & compost, I did not expect this reaction just because I enquired about a delivery.
I am receiving a refund from Oak Nurseries, and will never deal with them again.
