I have visited the cafe at pimbo nursery for many years and have always enjoyed lovely food and been served by friendly staff but unfortunately NOT today. One of your staff who's name is LYNN was very rude and argumentative after not hearing I had ordered 2 of the same items. This meant I had to re-order and wait until it was made whilst the rest of my family enjoyed their meals. Then instead of an apology she then continued to be rude by saying it wasn't her fault but mine! I am really disappointed at this member of staffs attitude as I thought the customer should always be spoken to in a polite manner as I was not rude to her even though I knew I had ordered it correctly. It has put me off visiting again which is sad as I thought I was a valued customer.

I visit Pimbo nursery on a regular basis, wont but my plants from anywhere else, all plants healthy and well cared for by lovely people. Prices very reasonable. Always a good excuse to go out for lunch, never been disappointed with the food, again lovely staff and good prices

We stumbled across Pimbo Garden Centre one day when driving past and have been regular customers since.Pimbo is a lovely place to visit.Everything is excellent quality and really reasonable in price.The staff are friendly and helpful. We are also regular customers to the lovely coffee shop.I visited again yesterday with my sister and little grandaughter.It is a real treat having lunch here.The staff are lovely, the food excellent,freshly made and piping hot,and the prices really good.I would recommend anyone to visit here as they too will become regular customers.Well done in running an excellent Garden Centre .
