First visit to polhill today i don't normally leave reviews but so impressed with The Staff today .Booked For Santas Grotto with My 3 Year Old grandaughter And 1 year grandson.my grandson cried and didn't like father Christmas but the staff were so good in the grotto helping me so that it didn't spoil the experience for every one else .went for lunch in the restaurant and the kind lady serving the tea and cakes helped me to a table with tray as I had a buggy and two small children wish I had noticed there names to say thank you will definitely be coming back .

I had my first visit to the garden centre on Friday 1st September. I thought the centre was fabulous. I was very impressed.
My friends and I had lunch in the restaurant. It was delicious. However, I was a little concerned that the young man serving me was using his bare hands to handle food including mine. This is worrying because of allergies and cross contamination. I would recommend that anyone serving food without utensiks should wear gloves!
