We ordered some turf from this company and should have been delivered mid morning before 12 at 1 it had not arrived I rang the company and was told it was just been loaded on the lorry, I explained that a morning had been wasted and why did they not let us know the turf was going to be late, she said she only worked there and these things happen. The delivery man came about 15mins later, he was so rude I explained that the delivery should have been that morning as there was no where to park, as new people were moving in , he told the new neighbours how sorry he was that they would have to live next door to us what an awful thing to say. I said I would not use his company again and he said he was glad and hopefully would not see us again. All this rudeness because someone could not phone and tell us the delivery would be late!
