The garden centre staff are polite, fun and helpful. However, the music in the gift shop concession was so loud I couldn't hear the assistant and I found it distressing and unsettling. PLEASE if there must be music, could it be background? It spoilt an otherwise good experience.

Sorry you found the music in the gift shop off putting. It was part of a display I believe for a music box that was on display at the till. It has been moved and turned down since. Thanks for your review James

We are already regular customers, but over the Bank Holiday weekend, brought visiters staying with us from Hampshire for coffee. It resulted in them buying a number of large items! They were overwhelmed by the friendly service and having the goods carried to the car for them. They are particularly delighted with the purchase of a mini half price greenhouse , and will be using it to store their logs in!

Just a quick visit today but got the same service and care as if i was buying a set of furniture. Was lovely to be met with a smaile and felt very welcome. The food in the coffee shop was great value, we ordered off the menu and had table sevice. Was more like food from a 5star hotel than a garden centre. will be back very soon
