We were told of this garden centre around three years ago and have been coming back on a regular basis ever since. We have always had good service both in the outdoor flower section where the selection of plants are really good, size and condition and most in flower depending on time of year. the lady that dead heads the plants is pleasant as are the others so I am pleased. The offers are always good. Out the front there are what could be call rejects or those gone past heir best but given a bit of love at home are just as good. The cafe/restaurant area is basic but usually clean and tidy. The girl on the counter is nice and the chef certainly knows how to cook fried eggs to perfection and I enjoy their meals. good value good quality. if you want an all singing garden centre this is not it, but if a gardener who likes a bargain then its tops.Try it.

The garden centre is run down and has seen better days. When my family arrived there were several trolleys of plants which looked well past their best. There were also a couple of faded and tired looking hanging baskets on display containing plastic flowers! The greenhouse and outside plant area also contained an assortment of tired looking plants in different stages of neglect. The coffee shop was also tired and run down with the remains of sad looking cakes on the counter. We decided to buy nothing but our every move was watched by some woman who looked on disapprovingly. Having driven past the garden centre a few times and seen plenty of cars in the car park we presumed the place would be busy. On the day we went there were plenty of cars but no shoppers. We later discovered that the vast majority of cars belonged to workers from the nearby Center Parcs development. We definitely won't be going back there.

A friend to me and my 19 month old daughter here for a look at the animals and for a coffee. The selection in the coffee shop was very poor (with no gluten-free options). However, most shocking was that I was told to leave because my daughter was having a tantrum; apparently my behaviour was appalling and unbelievable! We were the only people in the coffee shop so we weren't disturbing anyone and toddlers have tantrums. I will not be returning.
