The service from the young lady on the till who was not well was excellent. She wrote my order for delivery, and phoned me a taxi. I feel she was very helpful and could not do enough.

As I live in Otley I visit the garden centre with family or friends quite a lot. My grandson especially enjoys looking at the fish and the children's craft part. I often buy craft accessories myself and find there is a plentiful supply of everything at reasonable prices. The plants on sale are always of good quality and there is a good mix of shrubs and other foliage. The restaurant serves excellent meals, I have eaten there quite a lot and never once had a bad meal. Throughout the garden centre the staff are always helpful and pleasant. Well done everyone.

My wife and I used our bus passes and made a visit to the garden centre last week. We bought a number of garden items which we arranged to be delivered to our home address (delivery charge very reasonable). My wife enjoyed the craft centre and bought some items for her hobby of cross stitching. We had a super lunch in the cafe which was bright and comfortable. We also found a present for a friend's birthday. All in all a successful and enjoyable experience. We will be visiting Stephen Smith's in Otley again.
