Today Tom and his mate the delivery driver delivered 1600 litres of chipped bark and 6 bags of manure to our allotment in Blandford St Mary . The service from them was exceptional and reflects on the brilliant family business at Stewart’s Broomhill . We highly recommend Stewart’s for your every garden need

A customer of this Garden Centre for over 30 years, today experienced the worst service ever. Purchased 2 sets of solar lights in February (£10 each set) no longer had boxes or receipts. One set decided to stop working and I couldn't figure out why, so I took it back to Stewarts this afternoon. Not given to complaining, I was apprehensive . I approached the person on the till and explained my reason for being there, to be met with a stony face and cold unwelcoming and frankly, offhand attitude. She called for someone to come to the tills, and a young man arrived in seconds, bizarrely, carrying a broom, offering this to her (I thought this to be very appropriate under the circumstances) well, she did offer to test drive it for him!! The young man read the information on a box of lights and explained it needed the battery re charging, saying if this didn't work, to return and they would help out. Very pleasant & helpful, unlike the person needing training on customer relations.

We love Stewart's Garden Centre! A huge range of plants indoors and out, garden ornaments and tools. There are also food items, gifts and a play area outside. Christmas is the best time to go as they do an amazing Santas Grotto with a woodland walk and winter animals hiding between the trees and lights. You book your slot to visit so it is never too busy either. At the end of the Santa visit, you can buy a printed, framed photo and see the reindeer. Well worth a visit.
