I have just encountered the rudest service to a customer. Wanted to pay for my purchase the man serving/in charge/owner was outside chatting. I waited for quite awhile and then pressed a hooter/horn on counter as directed by a notice. No response he kept on talking. I waited then pressed again, he slowly wound up the conversation with his male friend. He then started to talk to a lady customer so I went out and asked if he was going to let me pay. His attitude was " yeh I heard you but seeing to this lady. I replied I pressed hooter for attention twice whilst and now I have to wait again. He then came into shop into complaining he on his own and was he supposed to jump to attention. My opinion is he on his own but could ignore a paying customer and did NOT offer an apology to keeping me waiting. If it wasn't for the fact I was buying on behalf of someone else I would told him what to do with my purchase but I did tell him I will not go to this so called garden centre again.

A small garden shop but has a good selection of reasonably priced plants and potatoes and growbags , Key cutting at very good prices, along with a selection of winter fuels coal etc Some tools and screws and fixings Friendly Staff are always willing to help load your car with heavy items. A good local shop that i keep going back to .

A lovely friendly place to go where the staff have time to talk to you which makes your shopping experience more personal, so you come away feeling as if you were really valued. Prices are competitive and a good selection of plants for all areas of your garden for a small centre it is well thought out and the shop is tidy and well presented.
