Lovely garden centre and dogs always made welcome the cafe is very nice but gets very busy and depending on where you sit your waiting awhile but this also depends on which days you visit however I love this garden centre the pet section is very good and over all the choice of goods brilliant.
Staff always welcoming friendly and helpful.

Went to the garden centre on Monday had lunch in Cafe. Tables dirty and uncleared. Took 15 before we could order, table not cleared or wiped (daughter cleared it). 25 minutes for lunch to arrive. Club sandwiches ordered one sent straight back for lack of chicken filling (one tiny piece) that took another 10 minutes. £7.49 for a sandwich that was 85% lettuce and very little of anything else. Have complained about this before - waste of time, Then had to wait at till another 10 before anyone came to serve. Don't think we were the only ones complaining people seemed generally miffed. Very poor service overall. Food 2/10. Won't go again in a hurry.

Love Thetford Gareden Centre. All plants bought here grow without problems. I love the gift shop and browsing all the lovely items from garden to household to beautiful clothes . I cant wait for the gt grandchildren to visit for their christmas treat to seerfather christmas so magical. Also if i want to browse and take my time my husband loves the resturant for a cuppa and a scone Jean.
