Everything we were interested in had no price, and a diverse selection too. No staff about other than the cafe, who were very nice
Chaos at the till as only one staff member who appeared to be running round after someone. Maybe it was for a price?

I have been visiting Thompsons for many years especially the cafe and have noticed that dogs are not allowed in any part of the cafe as they once were and couldn't understand this. The cafe is big enough to have a dog friendly area. In my dotage I now have a dog for company and can no longer visit the cafe as I am not prepared to sit outside in the bad weather. May I also say that dogs can be cleaner than many humans. I will no longer be able to visit your garden centre because of this ban which is not in keeping with most of the eateries on the island.

Excellent garden centre, great plants, great customer service - Just great!
