I visit the garden centre regularly the only complaint I have is the staff on the restaurant side are so slow, but the food is good the dog part is good shopping is good, toilets are good parking is great

On the whole the garden centre is ok,but there are not enough good outlets selling other products.The clothing is the kind you see in outside markets,except for cotton traders. I find that the food in the cafe is poor and and expensive for what you get.I dont eat there anymore.

Extremely poor customer service with a rude approach! We bought a gliding bench which has rusted on every joint despite it being the sunniest, driest summer for quite some time. Upon returning it to Trebaron newton le willows the customer service staff and manager said that the bit of rain we have had was inclement weather!? No apology was received or even attempted by them for the very poor quality goods, just rudeness. We eventually received a credit note. After using this we will not revisit Trebaron, Newton and certainly will not recommend to friends. Rather visit Bents down the road where the welcome is always friendly, professional and built around the customer. This is not a claim that Trebaron Newton can make on any level! Poor! Disappointing and rude customer service staff and manager! Don’t go!!!!
