Visited the shop this week with my elderly Mother, and she wanted to buy compost for planting potatoes. Went to the tills to pay, and was served by a very rude, inpatient member of staff by the name of Sharon. My Mother has sworn she will never visit the centre again due to Sharon’s appruptness. My Mother had to take a credit note for £1.00 which is totally against the customers rights. Shocking .

Good customer service and in store has everything I need plus a cafe, and helpful staff, definitely coming here again
