I always enjoy a trip to Trefhedyn Garden Centre, although my bank manager would probably prefer I stayed away! The range of plants beats somewhere like B&Q hands down, and they are always healthy and vigorous. The staff are all pleasant and helpful, and if they don't know the answer to my question they will hunt down a person who does. Roger Spencer, the proprietor, gets to know his regular customers and will treat them more like friends. The prices are very reasonable and the value for money is excellent.
In addition to plants and garden furniture, Trefhedyn also has a small pet section which has a good range of products, ranging from food through toys to equipment. There are some animals on sale (fish, birds and small mammals) which all look healthy and well cared for.
I can thoroughly recommend this place to anyone interested in gardening.
