Victoria Garden Centre

Excellent choice of plants and pots. Although a bit on the pricey side choice and qualuty seem good. However. I do think customer service needs addressing. I get the overall impression that the staff cant be bothered. My neighbour purchased garden seating. The one delivered was not what she looked at. Several pieces of the wood had fade lines in and some parts appeared to be different cuts of wood. My neighbour asked for an exchange of one of the seats. She didnt want a refund as this was all thst was offered. She showed them photos of the sest in question, the bloke she spoke was quite blunt and rude. He told her he wasnt going to be up and down changing and swapping seats because he suggested that there would be something else, she assured him it wouldnt be and just wanted to exchange the one seat. He just said just get a full refund and walked off. That was rude. Its not as if it was a couple of quid either 200 pounds it cost her. Why cant she have an exchange of the one seat, anywhere else would be quite happy to exchange the item and be fully apologetic with it. My neighbour has spent hundreds of pounds with them in tgst couple of months, she wont be going there again thats for sure and certainly wont be reconmending victoria garden centre to anyone, due to the attitude and after sales customer service. Very disappointing

Been going to Victoria Gardens since they opened up in the festival park, still going even when they moved to Dukestown, The girls have always been excellent with advice and getting plants that i have taken photos of, and if they don't have the answers Leighton does. Easy to get too from all directions. And this year they have tulip ice cream bulb a must for any garden.
