Went for a coffee, large sign saying buy a scone get one free, great..... at the till we were told that was after 2 o’clock.....we went back to look and yes it was there in tiny writing, why not give it at any time? We wanted to buy garden loungers.....NONE in the store....plenty of rattan suites suitable for a conservatory. Losing sales because of poor selection.

Well, to be honest I was very disappointed! I thought it was a garden centre? When you go to a garden centre you expect to see the products directly relating to gardens. Too commercial with products that were really garden related. Prices were too high for some products, as an example I bought two tree guards for 60p each. In Dobies the same ones were £3-99p Rhubarb plants and Roses 100% more expensive of a similar quality that another garden centre in next town? Sorry, not very impressed

Was pleasantly surprised at our first dobbies store ,large airy store good restaurant good offers,impressed
