A great range of many varied products, which are reasonably priced in comparison to other garden centres. Food in the restaurant is of good quality, and fairly priced. It's also great that smokers are catered for outside, for the majority of the year, and parking to visit the store is never a problem - always enough spaces. Have been to the store on numerous occasions and found staff helpful and polite. Overall, a very satisfied customer!

Been to dobbies many times and what a great garden centre from the minute you walk in till you leave the staff are helpful and there is plenty of them to give any help you need. the food is of a great standard and a good selection at a reasonable price. Will keep on returning

We visited Dobbies Garden Center for the first time today and decided to have lunch there. We ordered 2 jacket potatoes with fillings. As the accompanying "salad" comprised of one slice of sweaty tomato, one dried piece of cucumber and some manky iceberg lettuce, we decided to have a separate salad on a plate. This was advertised on a sign as being £3.95 for a small plate which we had. On eventually arriving at the till( only 1 till with lots of customers waiting) the teller advised that she did not know what it was so decided to charge us £5.50 for the small plate of salad making the bill a total of £20.18. On checking the sign we noted that we were indeed overcharged. We complained and attempted to get the £1.55 refunded as a matter of principle but Karen was having none of it. The manager was called who was equally as uncompromising. Tesco across the road has much better food, much cheaper and seems like a Michelin Stared establishment by comparison!
