AVOID. The proprietor of this business likes to bully elderly gentleman.
My father (84 years old) had the misfortune to visit this Garden Centre, and was met with a barrage of rudeness and aggression. My father was left very upset my this encounter. Needless to say he left without purchasing a thing.

I have been to the restaurant before and had a nice meal. However today (Monday) I met up with 3 friends for lunch. We sat for a while perusing the menus on the table but couldn’t see any sign of the specials board it mentioned. Upon asking I was told they don’t do food on Mondays. No notice to tell anyone this, unless it was written on a postage stamp somewhere out of sight. The waitress had seen us looking at the menu but didn’t bother to tell us no food until I asked. What was the point of the menus if no food was available? What a waste of time. We eventually had a very nice meal at the other Earlswood Garden Centre near the station. I know which one I will choose infuture.

Have been two or three times recently and have been impressed by the service, the staff and the competitive prices in the shop and I look forward to buying plants when the weather is more clement. It is a refreshing change from these massive, samey chain garden centres. The restaurant is impressive, have only had a sandwich and coffee but it was the freshest sandwich I’ve ever had and the comments from other diners it seems as if the main meals are excellent. Will certain be a regular customer.
